  Since 2007 I have assisted writers of various genres in formatting their best work as an author’s coach, consultant  and editor in preparation for self, hybrid or traditional publishing. I have worked on fiction and non-fiction titles. 

 Please understand that the paradigm of publishing has changed to where the author must be willing to collaborate with the publisher to market their work through various methods including having a website and social media platforms wherein the work can be evaluated by readers interested in your genre. You must also prepare a synopsis and query letter to pitch the work to traditional publishers. 

 Additionally, traditional and hybrid publishers want to see advanced sales or a proven track record of marketing by the author to see if the author has developed a following which is often done through self- publishing first.
